Lespeyrots Holiday Home. A restored 18 th century farmhouse in the village of Montségur, at the foot of the castle, in the heart of the Cathar country.

The garden in front of the house is at the disposal of the guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooking point, a micro wave oven, a dish washer and two refrigerators with freezing space...
There is a bedroom with a double bed of 160 /200, a bedroom with a double bed of 140 /190 and a bedroom with two single beds of  90 /190.
A washing machine.
The house is equipped with electrical heating.
A wood stove.
Garden furniture and a barbecue.
Parking. 
Internet-WIFI
Connection to the internet by smartphone or iphone.
Animals
Pets are not allowed in the house. 

Prices

Weekprice: € 665 ( 7 nights).

It is not possible to rent a room. Yhe renting price is for the whole house.

The price includes; 

Water, gaz, electricity (9kwh/day)

Wood for the wood stove is at the disposal of the guests

The use of the garden is included in the price.

An extra €50 will be added to the rent for the cleaning of the house on departure.

Local tourist taxes. Free aged under 18 years.

Reservation and payment

A contract will be sent to you by mail or post.
You reservaion will be valid when we recieve 
  • a signed copy of the contract
  • an advance on the rent as indicated on the contract
The advance is calculated on the period of stay. For exemple, for a week stay the advance is €220.
You will recieve a written confirmation from us by mail or post. 

 

To pay the rent we propose you three options;

  • by bank transfer to our account,
  • by credit card on our Paypal account,
  • by cash upon arrival at the holiday home,
  • by bank card upon arrival at the holiday home,
